This is a beautiful barrette and it fits my thicker hair very well. The seller even took some postage off what I paid because it wasn't as much as she thought it would be. The item shipped promptly as well. I would buy from this seller again

Worked with Dorothy to design a sling as a gift to my brother. She was fantastic about working through ideas and eventually came up with something perfect. Gave it to him this past weekend and he loved it!! They did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with the service and product. I will surely purchase something for myself as well eventually. Quality leatherwork made with love, sweat and (sometimes) tears!

Mmmmmm ---love the smell, the feel, the durability of leather!

My husband and I live in a beautiful part of Ontario surrounded by the Canadian Shield, the Rideau Canal and the Great Lakes. Both now retired (he as an electrician and I was an RN) , we now have the time to pursue our hobby. We attend several craft shows around the county, especially in the fall.

It all started many years ago. My mother taught leather craft to patients in veterans hospitals and TB sans. She passed her love for the art on to me. With no formal art training my husband and I have pursued our love for the craft gleaning information for books, videos, trial and error. We are both retired now so have more time to spend on our hobby. You will find us most days in the shop, pounding and sewing to our heart's content.
